How Captain Registration Works

Fill Your Team (5 Players Required)
- As a captain, you are responsible for ensuring your team has exactly five members.
- If you plan to compete, don't forget to include yourself when registering.

Submit Team Entry Fee ($500 Total)
- The captain is responsible for paying the full $500 team entry fee.
- Payment can be split among team members, but must be handled by the captain.
- If payment is not made within 24-48 hours of registration, your time slot may be forfeited, unless discussed with the competition admin.

Ensure Player Registrations & Waivers Are Completed
- All team members must complete their registration and sign their waiver.
- Captains can track registration and waiver status from the Team Management Page.
- If a player hasn't registered, you can resend the registration link directly to their email.

Enter Accurate Player Information
- When adding players, use their real name (no nicknames).
- Make sure to enter the correct phone number (for waiver reminders) and email (so they receive the registration link and waiver).

Managing Your Team
- You cannot exceed five players (including yourself).
- Once you add a player, they will automatically receive an email with the registration link.
- If a player hasn't registered after a few days, you can resend the email from the Team Management Page.
